Our paid consultation are a comprehensive, room-by-room review of the property. During this meeting, we provide expert recommendations to enhance the perceived value of the home, ensuring it appeals to the broadest range of buyers. Durning the consultation, homeowners receive a detailed checklist outlining actionable steps to optimize the home’s presentation and marketability (and optionally a written report for an additional fee). This service is ideal for DIY sellers who want professional guidance or as a strategic starting point for those planning to use our Home Staging Services. Should you move forward with our staging services, half of the consultation fee will be credited toward your staging investment. Our minimum Home Staging package is $3,200. This consultation typically lasts 90 minutes and includes a 22-page resource guide to help sellers prepare their home for a successful sale.
