From Listed to Sold: The Realtors' Guide to Home Staging is a 3-hour General Continuing Education (CE) class for Realtors, taught by Scott Ascherman. It's more than a box-checking CE course: we cover the benefits of staging, the types of staging services available today, how staging shapes a Realtor's brand perception, the power of design and lifestyle marketing, and how to partner with professional stagers for better results. Agents leave with practical insights they can use the very next time they prep a listing. This class is offered in person only, for brokerages with a minimum of 10 agents.
